PRP Treatments
Platelet-Rich Plasma treatment uses a small quantity of your own blood by taking a sample from your arm, separating the blood components using a dedicated machine, and removing the plasma which is used for treatment. The enriched plasma stimulates the production of collagen and keratin, resulting in younger, firmer, tighter skin and overall, improving the quality of the skin and hair.
What is PRP?
It is a natural treatment that uses the platelets from your own blood which release growth factors to stimulate the natural healing & rejuvenating process of the skin.
During a PRP Therapy treatment, a small amount of blood is drawn from your arm into a sterile tube, which is spun in a specialised centrifuge machine in clinic, to separate the plasma and platelets from the other blood components. We are left with yellow liquid (instead of blood red) which is full of enhancing growth factors to be needled into the skin.
It can be used across the face, decolletage and chest stimulating the production of collagen induced by the PRP. The skin will appear brighter, more hydrated and rejuvanted even after the first treatment. A course of 3-4 treatments are recommended to see the full effects of this pioneering technique.
